Senior Data Engineer

We are partnering with a leading global consulting client known for delivering innovative technology solutions across various industries. They are seeking a talented professional to join their dynamic team and contribute to cutting-edge projects.


The Role

• Design, implement, and maintain robust ELT/ETL processes in cloud-based data analytics environments
• Maintain SQL databases and perform advanced operations using SQL and T-SQL
• Work with Azure Synapse and Azure Machine Learning within a modern data stack
• Manipulate and analyze data using Python, with a focus on Pandas (PySpark/Polars experience a plus)
• Develop reusable and modular code for data engineering solutions

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in data engineering, computer science, data science, machine learning, mathematics, or a related field, OR 5 years of applied work experience in these fields
• 5+ years of hands-on experience maintaining SQL databases and designing ELT/ETL processes
• 3+ years of experience with Azure Synapse and Azure Machine Learning
• Proficiency in Python for data manipulation (Pandas required)
• Certifications like DP-203 or equivalent are preferred
