The Senior Project Manager will lead complex, enterprise-scale technology implementations, with a strong focus on Salesforce solutions and digital transformation initiatives. In this senior consulting role, you will oversee project delivery from planning and requirements gathering through implementation, integration, and final execution, ensuring that projects meet client expectations, timelines, budgets, and quality standards. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including offshore resources, across multiple workstreams while managing risks, dependencies, and changing business requirements. Working closely with client stakeholders, technical specialists, and delivery leadership, you will serve as a trusted advisor who translates business objectives into actionable project plans and scalable technology solutions. This remote opportunity is suited to an experienced project leader with strong consulting expertise, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a proven record of delivering successful Salesforce implementations.
### Accountabilities
- **Lead Enterprise Project Delivery:** Manage complex, strategic technology implementations, overseeing project teams and deliverables while ensuring alignment with client objectives, contractual commitments, timelines, and budgets.
- **Develop and Maintain Project Plans:** Create detailed project schedules, monitor milestones, track progress, adjust plans when necessary, and proactively resolve issues that could affect delivery.
