## The Role

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, your mission is to serve as a strategic partner to Product, Engineering, and Business stakeholders—leveraging deep analysis and data-driven insights to guide decisions and deliver high-quality solutions across the SuperVision platform.

## What You'll Do

• Lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation for complex, data-intensive business and technical initiatives.
• Own end-to-end functional and data requirements, ensuring alignment between business objectives, system capabilities, and underlying data models.
• Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories, functional specifications, data definitions, and process flows.
• Evaluate upstream and downstream data impacts of proposed changes and identify risks, dependencies, and constraints early.
• Participate in and often lead external client and vendor discussions, including occasional on-site meetings.
