Senior Business Analyst/Project Manager
to serve as a key liaison between our business teams-including Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders-and our internal technical development team responsible for our
Encompass loan origination system
. This position will report to LendSure's Manager of Operations, who oversees technical projects across all areas of our workflow.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both the business and technical sides of mortgage lending and can translate operational needs into clear, actionable requirements for developers.
