Position Overview

Aspen Dental is seeking a highly creative and strategic Senior Brand Experience Graphic Designer to join our remote team. This is a fully remote position open to U.S.-based candidates only. In this role, you will lead the development of visually compelling, brand-driven design solutions that support marketing campaigns, patient engagement, and digital experiences.

This position is ideal for an experienced designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at visual storytelling, and is passionate about elevating brand identity through impactful design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of high-impact visual assets across digital (web, social media, email, landing pages) and print channels
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and communications teams to develop creative strategies and campaigns
• Maintain and evolve Aspen Dental’s brand identity across all touchpoints
• Translate complex healthcare messaging into clear, engaging, and user-friendly visual content
• Develop advanced design concepts, layouts, and visual storytelling elements
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, accessibility (WCAG), and compliance requirements
• Prepare and oversee production-ready files and quality assurance processes
• Manage multiple high-priority projects while meeting tight deadlines
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies
