Role:
Senior AWS Amazon Connect Engineer responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting an AI-enabled omnichannel contact center supporting customer interactions.
Responsibilities:
Deploy Amazon Connect environments, build contact flows, IVR workflows, and integrate chat, voice, Salesforce, Amazon Lex, Lambda, Polly, and other AWS services. Develop dashboards, analytics, and ensure security compliance per FedRAMP standards. Collaborate with AI, cybersecurity, and program teams to migrate legacy systems to AWS-native solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
8+ years cloud/contact-center experience, 5+ years hands-on Amazon Connect expertise, AWS architecture, networking, Lambda, and Salesforce integration skills. Strong communication, ability to obtain security clearance, and US citizenship required. Preferred: AWS certifications, migration experience, FedRAMP support, and CI/CD knowledge.
Key Duties:
Ensure platform stability, seamless Salesforce integration, security compliance, and deliver a reliable, efficient customer support platform. This is a remote role, with residence in the Gaithersburg, MD/Washington, DC area preferred.
