Senior AI Engineer

This organization is seeking a talented professional to contribute to the development and deployment of enterprise-grade AI solutions that enhance productivity and intelligent access to critical organizational knowledge.


The Role

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Configure and maintain agent knowledge sources and create integrations with business applications
• Develop custom connectors, Power Automate workflows, and Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven)
• Build and maintain Dataverse-based solutions and enhance SharePoint Online sites
• Support the deployment of AI solutions to Teams and SharePoint, and develop Gemini Gems as needed
• Troubleshoot production issues, implement enhancements, and translate business requirements into technical solutions

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in enterprise application delivery
• 3+ years of Power Platform development experience, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
• Hands-on experience building and deploying Microsoft Copilot Studio agents, including instruction design and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in integration development using REST APIs, web services, and custom connectors
• Software development skills in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or Python, with experience in Git and Agile methodologies
