We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent automation solutions that transform how Product, Product Marketing, and Design teams operate. In this role, you will build AI-powered agents, applications, and automated workflows that eliminate repetitive tasks and accelerate decision-making across the product lifecycle. Working directly with non-technical stakeholders and engineering teams, you will turn complex business needs into practical, production-ready AI solutions. You will leverage cutting-edge models, retrieval systems, evaluation frameworks, and modern development tools to deliver meaningful productivity gains. As a senior individual contributor, you will have significant autonomy to define priorities, own projects end to end, and establish reusable technical components. ### Accountabilities

• Design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents, applications, and automation workflows that help Product, Product Marketing, and Design teams improve productivity and focus on higher-value activities.
• Identify repetitive manual processes and transform them into intelligent automations, enabling teams to operate more efficiently and scale their output without increasing operational overhead.
• Work directly with embedded product and business teams to understand their challenges, identify underlying needs, and translate informal requests into effective technical solutions.
• Develop agentic solutions using advanced AI models and technologies, including Model Context Protocol (MCP), retrieval systems, evaluation frameworks, and observability tools.
