Summary:
In this role, you will serve as a senior member of the accounting team with primary responsibility for preparing and reviewing general ledger accounts. You will have a key role in day-to-day accounting activities, ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records, and assist in the design and improvement of processes for collecting, analyzing, and reporting financial information. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced accounting professional to take on increased ownership and gain hands-on experience within a public company environment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately, timely, and completely in accordance with GAAP and that the books are closed each period on a timely basis.
- Compile and analyze financial information to review and complete reconciliations, along with preparing journal entries.
