The Senior Account Manager will drive revenue growth for our Inspection Software Network (ISN) business through a combination of customer expansion, competitive acquisition, and new business development. This role is heavily sales-focused and is responsible for re-engaging inactive customers, converting competitive users from platforms such as Spectora and HomeGauge, and acquiring new enterprise customers within the home inspection software market.
The Senior Account Manager will manage a portfolio of existing and dormant accounts while serving as a trusted advisor to inspection business owners, operators, franchise organizations, and other key decision-makers.
