SAP S/4 Project Manager

Remote + Travel to Middletown, PA

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP S/4HANA transformation project from initiation through deployment, stabilization, and handoff.
• Manage cross functional teams including internal stakeholders, KPMG consultants, Phoenix teams, and global PM counterparts.
• Oversee project planning, manage large budgets, scheduling, risk management, and status reporting.
• Coordinate rollout activities, ensuring alignment with global templates and program governance.
• Support current state assessment (Q1 Q2) and future state design phases.
• Drive communication across executive leadership, business units, and technical teams.
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality, timeline, and budget expectations.
• Delegate and manage early phase project initiation tasks already underway.

Top Skills Details

• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management (PMP certified preferred), including leading projects, and experience managing SAP projects in S4
• Deep understanding and experience with SAP project management of SAP projects, specifically S4
