SAP Commercial Operations Manager

NTT DATA Business Solutions is seeking an
SAP Commercial Operations Manager
to support the Revenue Generation Group (RGG) through CCFlex deal execution, cross-functional enablement, and sales operations. The role will support CCFlex opportunities through close and partner with Finance on payment tracking, reconciliation, and issue resolution. This position will work across Sales, Presales, Marketing, Finance, and SAP to improve deal execution, process consistency, CRM accuracy, reporting, and field enablement.


Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational lead for CCFlex within RGG, supporting opportunities through commercial planning, contracting, booking, close, and post-close follow-up.
• Partner with Account Executives, Sales Leadership, Presales, Finance, Legal/Contracts, and SAP stakeholders to clarify requirements, resolve issues, and advance priority deals.
• Guide teams on CCFlex structure, required documentation, approvals, internal handoffs, and opportunity setup.
• Coordinate with Finance on payment tracking, accounts receivable reviews, reconciliation, revenue support, payment allocation, and resolution of missing, delayed, disputed, or split payments.
• Maintain accurate CCFlex deal records, including opportunity details, contracts, SAP references, payment status, ownership, and follow-up actions.
• Coordinate Proof of Service and other documentation required to support CCFlex A&O payments.
• Monitor CCFlex pipeline, bookings, A&O activity, and open payments; provide recurring reporting, risk flags, and action-oriented updates.
• Develop and deliver enablement for Account Executives, Presales, Customer Success Managers, and Business Development Representatives, including playbooks, checklists, templates, FAQs, training, and deal-specific guidance.
