Key Responsibilities

SIMD & Lead to Cash Expertise

• Apply strong domain expertise in the Scientific Instruments & Medical Devices lifecycle, including hardware, consumables, and service agreements.
• Support optimization of the Lead to Cash (L2C) process for SIMD-specific workflows such as complex quoting, multi year service contracts, and consumable revenue models.
• Lead requirement discovery for advanced scenarios including instrument installation flows, IQ/OQ/PQ tracking, and Asset 360 visibility.

Business Analysis & Requirements

• Lead structured discovery workshops and translate complex wet lab, field-service, or commercial processes into detailed functional requirements.
• Produce clear user stories, business process maps, and analysis documentation that support development teams and the Product Owner.
• Advocate for high value enhancements aligned with commercial capability maturity.

Cross Functional Collaboration

• Act as a communication bridge between business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, architects, and Commercial Operations.
• Collaborate across regional and global teams to drive alignment, clarify requirements, and resolve conflicts.
• Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile execution efforts.

Data Analysis & Problem Solving

• Gather, cleanse, and analyze commercial, sales, or service data to produce insights and actionable recommendations.
• Independently triage issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose structured solutions.
• Assist in test planning and execution, including UAT coordination with business teams.

Operational & Project Support

• Maintain strong documentation discipline across requirements, process flows, and integration decisions.
