Salesforce Business Analyst - Remote

Responsibilities

The Business Analyst will gather and document business requirements, translating them into user stories and configuration specifications. They will also configure Salesforce Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud while collaborating with developers and stakeholders to support UAT and defect resolution.

Candidates must have prior experience as a Business Analyst or functional consultant on Salesforce projects with hands-on configuration expertise. Strong written and verbal communication skills are required to effectively interact with both technical and business audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

● Requirements: Gather and document business requirements and translate them into clear user stories and configuration specifications.

● Data Cloud Configuration: Configure Salesforce Data Cloud, including data streams, data mappings, identity resolution, and segmentation, to meet business requirements.

● Marketing Cloud Configuration: Configure Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including audiences, journeys, and content, to support client marketing use cases.

● Collaboration: Partner with developers, architects, and client stakeholders; support UAT and defect triage through resolution.

● Communication: Clearly communicate status, risks, and decisions to both technical and business audiences.

Technical Skills:

● Hands-on configuration experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (Data 360).

● Hands-on configuration experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

● Ability to document requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Required Qualifications:

● Experience: Prior experience as a Business Analyst or functional consultant on Salesforce projects, with hands-on Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud configuration.

● Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
