What Will You Do
We’re looking for a passionate and hands-on Sales Enablement Manager to empower our sales team with the knowledge, tools, and resources they need to succeed. In this role, you’ll focus on improving sales readiness, messaging consistency, and execution excellence across the go-to-market organization.
You will lead the effort working closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure our teams have the skills, content, and confidence to engage effectively with prospects and customers.

What You’ll Do
Sales Readiness & Training
- Design and deliver onboarding programs for new sales hires, ensuring fast and effective ramp-up.
- Create ongoing enablement programs for sales skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques.
- Coordinate recurring training sessions, workshops, and certifications on methodologies, messaging, and tools.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify skill gaps and develop targeted learning plans
