About this position

The Project Manager is a hands-on implementer and the engine of Vitruvi's customer deployment work. You are responsible for the physical configuration of the Vitruvi Workspace, the execution of technical build tasks, and the day-to-day delivery of your assigned implementations. On smaller accounts, you operate independently; on complex, high-value implementations, you execute within a program led by a Senior Project Manager, owning specific workstreams and contributing to a successful go-live.

You are energized by learning a platform deeply, translating customer requirements into clean configurations, and driving a workstream from kickoff through go-live. You take ownership, communicate proactively, and thrive in a fast-paced delivery environment. You are a strong collaborator — comfortable working alongside customers, senior team members, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• **Workspace Configuration:** Perform hands-on configuration of the Vitruvi Workspace for assigned implementations. This includes WBS setup, work templates, custom fields, roles, and design element types in accordance with the approved implementation design.

• - Execute and follow up on VPS (Vitruvi Professional Services) requests accurately and on schedule

• - Flag configuration blockers or scope questions to the Senior Project Manager promptly

• **Project Delivery:** Manage the day-to-day delivery of smaller implementations independently, including scoping, configuration, training, UAT, and go-live. On complex accounts, own defined workstreams within the Sr. PM's program plan.
