POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager with experience in roofing or construction to help elevate the roofing and exteriors industry. This role leads projects from first inspection through final completion while serving as the primary point of contact for clients. PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

• Generate new leads and referrals
• Serve as the client’s main point of contact from inspection to project completion
• Perform property inspections, assess damage, and guide clients through insurance or retail processes
• Assist with insurance claim documentation
• Prepare estimates and proposals
• Monitor project profitability
• Manage documentation using JobNimbus, SumoQuote, Company Cam, Hover, and more
• Coordinate with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure timely, high-quality builds
• Oversee project scheduling, materials, permits, and crew communication
• Maintain subcontractor relationships
