About this role
The Restoration Project Manager owns the lifecycle of mitigation and reconstruction projects from the initial emergency dispatch through final sign-off. You will serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, insurance adjusters, and field technicians.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management & Execution
Respond to emergency property damage calls and conduct thorough site inspections and scope-of-work evaluations.
Draft accurate, detailed estimates and negotiate approvals with insurance adjusters using [Xactimate / Symbility].
Create and manage project schedules, ensuring that mitigation and reconstruction phases hit critical milestones.
Administration & Compliance
Maintain meticulous job files, daily logs, moisture readings, and photo documentation in our project management software
Experience: 2+ years of project management experience in the disaster restoration and mitigation.
Estimating Software: Proficiency in Xactimate is required.
Certifications: Active IICRC or willingness to complete.
Skills: Ability to read insurance policies.
Requirements: Valid driver’s license, clean driving record.
Pay: $71,300.00 - $95,000.00 per year
