Role Overview
We are seeking a
Senior Software Engineer
to join an AI-native engineering team.


In this hands-on role, you will design, build, and operate production AI systems, including platform capabilities, workflow infrastructure, and LLM-powered features for institutional financial clients.


Key Responsibilities

• Build and operate AI systems: Develop backend services, APIs, and AI platform components used across teams. Integrate LLM-powered solutions such as RAG pipelines and AI SDKs. Enhance system reliability, scalability, and observability. Create internal tools, automation, and documentation to boost developer productivity. Participate in code reviews, debugging, incident response, and operational support.
• Drive technical excellence: Contribute to system design, evaluate tradeoffs, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Identify and reduce technical debt and reliability risks. Collaborate to establish reusable patterns and raise engineering standards.
• Build with AI-native practices: Use agentic coding tools and LLM-assisted development, critically evaluate AI-generated code, and help evolve AI-driven development practices.

Qualifications

• Required: 5+ years building and operating production software, backend experience with Python frameworks, AI/LLM system integration, database knowledge, cloud-native tech (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, observability skills, ownership mindset, strong communication, and hands-on AI-native development tools experience.
• Preferred: Experience with document processing, evaluation frameworks, and financial services or fintech background.
