Remote Principal Product Manager, Savings

Position:
Senior Product Manager for a flagship Savings product, responsible for strategy, roadmap, and execution to drive user growth and retention.


Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to develop long-term product strategies.
• Scope and lead the creation of new features to enhance users' financial health.
• Analyze data and conduct user research to understand customer needs and behaviors.
• Manage cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and legal to implement features.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.

Qualifications & Skills

• 7-10+ years in product management, preferably in high-growth financial services or FinTech environments.
• Customer-focused with a passion for improving financial health.
• Strong analytical skills, experienced in data-driven decision making.
• Collaborative team player with excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Solution-oriented, able to navigate ambiguity and overcome obstacles.
• Bonus: experience with regulatory frameworks, SQL, and multi-national teams.
