Responsibilities

• Provide AI chatbots with diverse, complex healthcare-related problems to improve model accuracy and logic.
• Assess AI outputs for correctness, logic, and performance to ensure high-quality responses.
• Ensure the medical accuracy and overall quality of chatbot responses.

Qualifications & Skills

• Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level.
• Current or in-progress healthcare-related degree (e.g., Revenue Cycle Management, Pharmacy, Laboratory, Clinical Support).
• Expertise in healthcare domains relevant to the role.
