Job Title: Remote Customer Success Manager

Monthly Pay: $12,700 – $14,000

Summary:

The Remote Customer Success Manager develops and maintains strong customer relationships while helping clients achieve positive outcomes through effective communication, account support, and ongoing engagement. This role is suited for a relationship-focused professional who can manage multiple accounts, understand customer needs, and coordinate solutions across internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage relationships with assigned customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Conduct regular customer check-ins to understand goals, needs, and potential concerns.
• Monitor customer engagement, satisfaction, and account activity.
• Identify opportunities to improve customer adoption, engagement, and retention.
• Respond to customer questions and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Partner with internal teams to address customer requests and service issues.
• Maintain accurate customer records, account notes, and follow-up activities.
• Prepare customer updates, account summaries, and performance reports when required.
• Proactively identify potential customer concerns and recommend appropriate next steps.
• Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and professional support.

Qualifications:

• Previous customer success, account management, client services, or relationship management experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and competing priorities.
• Strong organization, follow-up, and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using CRM, customer management, and communication platforms.
• Ability to analyze customer information and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
