Duties: Handle driver budgets, incentive spend and strategy for all US cities. Supply analytics and insights. Grow and maintain a healthy, high-quality driver base. Improve the driver onboarding and re-onboarding experience. Design and implement incentive strategies that align with market dynamics and business objectives. Launch and scale new product offerings that enhance the earner experience. Streamline operational processes to increase compliance, efficiency, and satisfaction for drivers. Lead the deployment of targeted promotions and incentive programs across U.S. markets. Set clear goals, analyze data to understand driver behavior, and optimize incentive strategies that drive supply and ensure a positive driver experience. Responsible for cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, and city operations teams to ensure projects are impactful and aligned with broader company priorities. Identify and implement innovative solutions to scale and sustain growth for Uber's earner platform. May telecommute.
Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any), Business, Economics, Mathematics, or related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related occupation.
