#### What you´ll do

• Create customer value by aligning customer needs and strategies with insights on future trends and Henkel’s offerings
• Collect and analyze competitor and customer insights to derive actionable intelligence for the Flexible Packaging segment in Europe
• Ensure consistency in market insights and their interpretation, translating them into clear, fact-based recommendations
• Drive regional segment steering for Flexible Packaging in close collaboration with the European commercial team
• Lead, manage, and scope regional key strategic initiatives aligned with the global Flexible Packaging strategy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align market strategies with broader business objectives
• Own results, including customer messaging, product range definition, and pricing strategy

#### What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Business, Marketing, Chemistry, Engineering, or else)
• 5+ years of professional experience in B2B Marketing, strategy development, or commercial role with strategic / long-term component (e.g., Key Account, Business Development)
• Relevant experience in the Flexible Packaging industry
• Strategic, analytical mindset with extensive communication skills, customer focus and the ability to make bold decisions in complex environments
• Proven experience in strategy development and execution, managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects to drive sustainable growth
• Fluent English language skills
