Job Description

This position is for a Senior Manager of Project and Program Management on the Claims Strategy team.

The Claims Strategy team drives clarity, alignment and execution throughout Claims. We serve as the connective tissue across the organization, translating strategy into action, aligning leaders around priorities and orchestrating complex work to enable stronger decisions and business results. We operate with clarity, discipline, accountability and a commitment to outcomes. As a Senior Manager, you will partner across Claims and the enterprise to navigate complex priorities, influence decisions, connect teams, and ensure strategic initiatives deliver measurable value.


The Enterprise Project/Program Management Senior Manager is responsible for using strong business and technical knowledge along with leadership skills to drive results through the development of effective relationships with team members, business partners, and customers.
