The role is very execution- and operations-focused. You’re not designing AI models — you’re making sure complex partner engagements run on time, issues are tracked, releases are ready, and leadership has clear visibility. You act as the connective tissue between internal engineering teams and external hardware vendors to ensure predictable delivery across monthly and ongoing releases

What's the Job?
- Drive operational execution of partner engagements within Windows AI, ensuring predictable delivery and effective coordination.
- Manage project artifacts, including tracking commitments, dependencies, risks, and execution health across workstreams.
- Coordinate release lifecycle activities, including software drops, quality assessments, and certification results.
- Maintain and update project documentation and dashboards to ensure accurate and timely reporting for stakeholders.
- Facilitate stakeholder communications, including meeting notes, status updates, and risk summaries, translating partner inputs into clear internal reports.
What's Needed?
- 5+ years of experience in program operations, technical program management, or partner operations.
- Strong execution skills with the ability to track actions, dependencies, and deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
- Experience working with engineering teams and external partners, especially in hardware or software release environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive summaries.
