- 3+ years of experience preferred
- Able to manage projects proficiently
- Estimating experience
- Submittals
- Complete As-Builts
- Complete Scheduling
- Manage suppliers and subcontractors
- Perform buyouts
- Ability to work with a variety of personalities
- Communicates well
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Project, Excel, Adobe, and take of software.
