The Renovation Project Manager is responsible for overseeing renovation projects from planning to completion. This role ensures all site works are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with approved drawings and quality standards. The position involves site coordination, quotation preparation, cost control, and resolving site issues effectively.

Job Responsibilities

• **Project & Site Management**

- Plan and manage renovation schedules to ensure timely project completion
- Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety
- Ensure works follow approved drawings and specifications
- Quotation & Cost Control

- Prepare quotations, variation orders, and cost breakdowns
- Monitor project budgets and control costs
- Verify contractor claims, work progress, and materials
- Site Coordination & Problem Solving

- Identify and resolve site issues or construction challenges
- Propose practical and cost-effective solutions
- Coordinate variation works and obtain necessary approvals
- Client Communication & Reporting

- Liaise with clients on site-related matters
- Provide project updates and attend site meetings
- Maintain proper site documentation and progress reports
