You will play a central role in shaping how work is prioritized, executed, and measured across teams.

Role Summary

You will lead a PMO implementation effort focused on restructuring standards, governance, and operating practices across the organization. You will partner closely with the PMO Director to define strategy and turn it into actionable processes that teams can adopt and sustain.

This role centers on establishing consistent project intake, execution, and closure practices across both Agile and Waterfall delivery. You will also improve reporting and visibility through dashboards, KPIs, and roadmap tracking.

Key Responsibilities

• Restructure the PMO and implement governance processes across projects
• Partner with PMO leadership to define PMO strategy and operating model
• Standardize project intake, execution, and closure processes and documentation
• Support Agile and Waterfall delivery standards and ways of working
• Align teams on workflow standards, tools, and reporting practices
• Improve portfolio visibility using dashboards, KPIs, and roadmap tracking
• Guide project managers, Scrum Masters, and delivery teams on PMO standards
• Lead change management to secure buy in and drive adoption

Key Requirements

• Proven experience establishing PMO standards and governance in large organizations
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies
• Hands on experience with Smartsheet, Jira, or equivalent tools
• Track record improving portfolio reporting, dashboards, KPIs, and roadmap visibility
