Position Summary
The Project Manager supports operational readiness and implementation activities for cross-functional initiatives across the MWB organization. This individual contributor role provides task coordination and administrative support throughout the project lifecycle by maintaining project plans and documentation, tracking milestones and dependencies, monitoring risks and action items, and following up on assigned deliverables. The role works with business, operations, technology, training, communications, and other project partners to help ensure readiness activities remain organized, are completed on schedule, and are escalated to project leadership when additional support or decisions are needed.
Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Support operational readiness and implementation activities for projects affecting business operations, technology, training, communications, and service delivery.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, task assignments, action items, and status reports to support organized and timely execution.
- Track readiness deliverables across stakeholder groups and follow up on outstanding tasks, dependencies, due dates, and commitments.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting notes, action logs, risk and issue logs, decision records, implementation plans, and lessons learned.
- Monitor project risks, issues, roadblocks, and overdue items and escalate concerns to project leadership as appropriate.
