Duties

• Lead end-to-end project management activities for <PERSON>, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including software development, IT infrastructure, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
• Utilize project management tools such as TFS, VersionOne, Jira, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint to develop detailed project schedules and track progress.
• Implement Agile methodologies like SAFe and Kanban for iterative development cycles, fostering collaboration among teams and ensuring timely delivery.
• Manage risk assessment and mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle while maintaining compliance with IT governance standards.
• Oversee software implementation efforts involving enterprise solutions, databases (SQL, Oracle), and cloud computing platforms (AWS), ensuring seamless integration.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), develop test cases, and coordinate release management activities to ensure quality standards are met before deployment.
