About this role

## About EVS
EVS builds mobe3 — the only iOS-native warehouse management platform built for enterprise operations. We combine WMS, real-time indoor location, yard management, and AI-driven orchestration on a single platform, serving manufacturers and distributors who run complex, high-volume warehouse operations. Founded in 2002, self-funded, profitable, and recognized by Gartner six years running.
## The Role
We need a Project Manager who owns delivery, not one who tracks it. You’ll be the primary point of contact for customer implementation engagements, responsible for scoping, contracting, scheduling, budgeting, and making sure projects ship on time and on budget.
You’ll manage a high volume of concurrent projects — from small customer requests to large-scale implementations — across a portfolio that demands constant prioritization. Our consulting team has been running the PM process alongside their delivery work. The tools, checklists, and templates exist. This role takes ownership of that process, standardizes it, and elevates it so consultants can focus on what they do best.
This is a high-ownership role at a 29-person company. There is no thick process manual for every situation. You’ll need to operate in ambiguity, create structure where it doesn’t exist, and make judgment calls without waiting for someone to hand you the answer.
## Who Will Love This Position:
- You like owning the outcome, not just the schedule
- You'd rather flag a problem at week 2 than explain a surprise at week 8
- You get things done through people who don't report to you, and they don't resent you for it
- You'd rather improve a process than just follow it
- You're curious about AI and already using it to get more done
## What You’ll Do
Own client delivery. You’re the PM on assigned implementations, from contract to go-live. You run the status meetings, manage the budget, draft the SOWs, and make the scope ...
