• EST: Preferably 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (flexible to 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM for ideal candidates)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Field Merchandising Manager to lead in-store merchandising planning, launches, execution, and reporting for wearable product demos in the U.S. market.

This role plays a key part in shaping how products are presented in physical retail environments, ensuring customers can easily find, learn about, and experience products in-store.

The position requires strong execution skills, large-scale project management capabilities, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prioritize and manage high volumes of projects across thousands of retail locations
• Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to align execution and deliver measurable impact
• Serve as liaison between third-party labor agencies, fixture/display vendors, channel marketing, demo technology teams, field sales, visual merchandising teams, and retail partners
• Manage third-party labor agencies to ensure deliverables are met in brick-and-mortar environments
• Build detailed execution plans across multiple product lines
• Review and oversee execution of multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Understand display fixture production and installation workflows to create workback schedules
• Track field execution progress and prepare reports for stakeholders
• Analyze demo performance data and identify compliance gaps or roadblocks
• Process invoices and manage budgets to ensure fiscal responsibility
