Client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager/General Manager to oversee the end-to-end execution of kitchen cabinetry projects. This role will be responsible for managing project timelines, procurement, installation, and execution, ensuring successful project completion within budget and with a focus on profitability. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results-driven, and experienced in overseeing construction, cabinetry, or interior design projects.

\*\*Qualifications:\*\*

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field.

• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the cabinetry, construction, or interior design industry.

• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects from inception to completion.

• Strong understanding of procurement, construction, installation processes, and budgeting.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a focus on detail and quality.

• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, or similar tools) and general office software (Excel, Word).

• Experience with risk management and problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

• Strong understanding of safety standards, building codes, and industry regulations.

• Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve project goals and deadlines.
