Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects in a very busy environment.
• Keep projects on time and on budget by driving accountability with the team.
• Ensure clients get timely responses and updates.
• Provide clear communication to team members on important dates and deliverables.
• Take excellent notes during meetings and turn them into actionable steps.
• Maintain project documentation, timelines, and progress reports.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively provide solutions.
• Negotiate scope changes with clients and secure additional budget when needed.
• Monitor and report on project performance metrics regularly.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
• Evaluate project risks and implement mitigation strategies.

Experience/Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in a fast-moving environment.
• Passion for project management — you must truly love the role.
• Excellent English skills — written, spoken, and reading comprehension.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Confident in leading a team, holding them accountable, and keeping projects moving forward.
