What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage complex global transformation projects from initiation to completion
• Conduct risk management planning and control risk on projects to enhance positive outcomes
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, clients, and consultants to ensure project success
• Provide ongoing reports on project status and completion to the Senior Management Team
• Analyze and document business processes and requirements for improvement initiatives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and transferable experience
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of process transformation or project management experience
• Experience in Disability and Leave services and Third-Party Administration (TPA)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with proven facilitation abilities
• Strong time management skills and ability to work independently

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Formal project management training (PMP certification)
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma and Agile
• Proven history of successful project execution and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to negotiate and build strong relationships within teams
