The Role

This role is responsible for the overall planning, directing, and coordination of project activities and resources for assigned Public Safety Software projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. This role also serves as the primary contact for our clients throughout their software implementation projects. These projects may involve implementing a combination of software, hardware, and services for an organization. This role is responsible for successfully managing interactions between different internal departments and clients and vendors to fulfill our contractual obligations.
