# Position Overview

The Commercial Project Manager will oversee commercial painting and waterproofing projects throughout the state of Florida. This role requires someone experienced in managing large-scale operations, maintaining profitability, enforcing systems and standards, coordinating crews and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and at a high level of quality.

Projects include:

• Commercial new construction painting
• Apartment complex repaints
• Warehouse and industrial facilities
• Waterproofing and exterior restoration projects
• Large commercial repaints
• Retail, office, and mixed-use properties

This position requires statewide travel throughout Florida including Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Miami, Tallahassee, and surrounding markets.
