About the Role:

Azuna is seeking a highly organized, proactive and commercially minded Project Manager to turn strategy, ideas and business priorities into action.

As Azuna grows, so does the number of initiatives moving across Product, Marketing, Experience, Creative, E-commerce, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Amazon and Operations. This role will provide the structure, coordination, visibility and accountability needed to move those initiatives efficiently from idea through execution.

This is not simply a Marketing Project Manager role. It is a cross-functional Azuna role connecting teams across the organization and ensuring the right people have the right information at the right time.

What You'll Own:

Cross-Functional Project Management

· Translate business priorities into clear project plans, timelines, milestones, owners and deliverables.

· Maintain visibility across major initiatives and ensure teams understand what's needed, who owns it and when it's due.

· Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, competing priorities and resource constraints before they impact delivery.

· Hold teams accountable for commitments while building strong, collaborative relationships.

· Proactively surface risks and escalate issues when necessary.

Product Launches & Major Initiatives

Own the master project plan for new products and other major initiatives from kickoff through go-live. Coordinate across Product, Marketing, Experience, Creative, E-commerce, Paid Media, Lifecycle, Amazon and Operations to ensure critical inputs - including product details, messaging, pricing, SKUs, creative assets, inventory timing and launch dates - are aligned and delivered on time.
