About the Role -Project Manager with Migration Projects

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead technology migration and transformation projects across applications, infrastructure, cloud, data, and platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in migration planning, project execution, cutover management, stakeholder coordination, risk management, and project reporting. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Manage migration projects from planning through successful completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and migration wave plans.
• Coordinate technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and distributed teams.
• Manage RAID items, risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Lead migration readiness, testing, cutover, rollback, and post-migration validation.
• Track project progress, resources, budgets, timelines, and KPIs.
• Prepare project dashboards, status reports, and executive presentations using Excel.
• Conduct project status meetings and communicate progress and risks to leadership.
• Ensure migrations are completed on time with minimal business disruption.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience.
• 3+ years managing migration or transformation projects.
• Experience with application, infrastructure, cloud, data, or platform migrations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and data visualization.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
