Position Overview

Project management role within PMO office, responsible for process and systems improvements, coordinating project activities, tracking deliverables, and leading testing efforts for enterprise system changes and implementations. Serves as a key support point between business users, technical teams, vendors, and project leads to ensure requirements are validated, issues are documented, and projects move forward with clear communication and follow-through.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate project planning, task tracking, status updates, and meeting coordination.

• Lead testing coordination, including test plans, test scripts, UAT schedules, and results tracking.

• Work independently with business users to confirm test scenarios align with requirements and operational workflows.
