The Project Manager is responsible for all non-technical aspects of power projects (costs, schedule, communication, billing, closeout, etc.). The PM will work with the Technical Lead and Senior Project Manager or other designated individuals to complete projects within scope, on schedule, and on budget.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Work with stakeholders, anticipating project demands and resolving issues that arise during the project life cycle.
- Demonstrate personal leadership and model servant leadership for project team members. Exemplify a proactive, Total Ownership philosophy.
- Work with Leadership to allocate team members for project roles that meet the scope, schedule, and budget requirements of the project.
- Work collaboratively with project team members to accomplish project goals.
- Primary tasks:
- Scope Management – WBS, Change Orders, contract management
- Cost Management – Timecard review, invoicing, project profitability (gross margin analysis, financial status reports)
