About this role

KoiReader Technologies is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager who takes complete ownership of complex customer implementations and refuses to let projects drift. This role is not about scheduling meetings, documenting action items, or facilitating Agile ceremonies. It is about driving execution, making difficult decisions, holding teams accountable, and ensuring every project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Our solutions combine enterprise software, AI, computer vision, cameras, sensors, industrial hardware, and warehouse operations. Success requires someone who understands that every delay has a financial impact, every scope change has a cost, and every missed commitment affects customer trust. You will be the single point of accountability for delivery. You will challenge unrealistic customer expectations, push back on unnecessary scope expansion, question technical teams when timelines or quality are at risk, and make sure everyone—from engineers to executives—is aligned on what will be delivered and when. We are looking for someone who is decisive, commercially aware, technically credible, and comfortable having difficult conversations. You should thrive in high-pressure environments where execution matters more than excuses.
