About the Role

Working remotely, you will be planning and managing multiple concurrent projects with existing and new clients across the Lower South.

You will be well supported by the Christchurch head office team and working closely with the Lower South BDM, who is based in Dunedin.

We are looking for an ability to manage client expectations, manage a scope of work, plan and oversee work for employees and contractors, organise quotes as needed and manage budgets for each project.

People management is an important part of this role and each project will require a different mix of supervisory work, including sub-contractors.

About You

Knowledge of commercial painting, property maintenance or the wider construction sector is preferred, but we are open to good project management backgrounds from other sectors.

We are looking for a can-do attitude, excellent problem solving skills and strong interpersonal skills.

A good base salary plus a full use vehicle and tools of the trade are on offer to the successful candidate
