Summary
The Project Manager (PM) leads cross-functional projects across enterprise business units, ensuring successful delivery of scope, schedule, cost, and quality objectives. The PM coordinates strategy, planning, execution, and stakeholder alignment, applying project management and business analysis practices as needed based on project size and maturity. The PM is responsible for transparent reporting, risk management, and continuous improvement within the ePMO.

Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead project planning, strategy, and execution for enterprise initiatives.
- Develop and maintain integrated project plans, track milestones and deliverables.
- Build and maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies); drive mitigation and escalation.
- Identify and manage resource needs and clarify team roles and responsibilities.
- Provide concise status updates and executive-ready communications.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Facilitate effective meetings and workshops; ensure decisions, actions, and owners are captured and tracked.
