We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support the design and delivery of high‑impact Leadership and Professional Development learning programs. This role focuses on managing traditional L&D training development projects —from concept through delivery—working closely with instructional designers, learning program leaders, subject matter experts, and external vendors.

What You’ll Do

Lead End‑to‑End Learning Production

• Manage the full lifecycle of learning initiatives, including digital, virtual, and instructor‑led assets.
• Partner with instructional designers, learning program managers, and vendors to bring learning concepts to life.
• Ensure new learning experiences are delivered on time, within scope, and with consistent quality.

Plan, Coordinate & Execute

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and risk logs.
• Manage multiple concurrent initiatives with overlapping timelines and stakeholders.
• Facilitate alignment across designers, SMEs, vendors, and leadership.

Stakeholder & Working Group Management

• Lead working group meetings and design reviews with instructional designers, SMEs, and vendors.
• Ensure requirements are clearly defined and validated prior to design and development.
• Act as a trusted partner—educating stakeholders on learning design processes and best practices.

Quality, Communication & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure deliverables meet agreed‑upon acceptance criteria, instructional standards, and design constraints.
• Provide regular status updates, surface risks early, and celebrate wins.
