Description:

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful delivery and completion of the CLARIFIRE® application implementations and related client projects. In this role, the Project Manager is responsible for leveraging the talents of Business Analysts, Developers, Testers and Trainers that deliver the business design, technical design, development, testing, support and maintenance of all projects for the specified client to ensure timely implementation. Extremely strong logistical skills, accountability, analytical process, and strong communications skills are required for this position.

## Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage the overall coordination of the individual projects, including managing scheduling, assigning and prioritizing tasks, motivating resources, leading project status and working meetings, and resolving problems to meet the needs of the client and Clarifire.

Create project management artifacts, such as project plan, project schedule, and associated task dependencies, risk list, scope documentation, and project closeout.

Provide consistent and comprehensive status reports, project updates, ongoing project health analysis, and issue tracking to both internal and client management.

Monitor and evaluate progress of projects to ensure they are meeting a high level of quality and on track with client expectations, re-evaluate and make recommendations to remove obstacles when necessary.

Support the Client Delivery team in managing client expectations for project deliverables and status communications and act as the central point of contact for all communications relating to the project.

Participate in client interactions and meetings to ensure cross training, client satisfaction and management involvement as needed and ensure reporting and communications are frequent and bi-directional.
