We’re looking for a Project Manager to join a fast-moving, social-first account team. This person will own the day-to-day management of a dedicated portfolio of work, overseeing a high volume of organic social content and ensuring assets move efficiently from concept through delivery.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing lots of moving pieces at once. You should have a strong understanding of organic social, be excited by fast-paced content creation, and be willing to jump in wherever needed to keep the work and team moving forward.

Roles + Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the workflow for a dedicated portfolio of projects, overseeing multiple social assets and deliverables simultaneously
• Collaborate across Account, Creative, Strategy, Production, Studio, and other disciplines to develop and deliver organic social content, including static, video, and other social-first assets
• Create and maintain detailed project timelines, deliverables trackers, schedules, deadlines, and team assignments
• Manage a high volume of assets at various stages of development while maintaining visibility into priorities, approvals, and upcoming deadlines
• Keep projects and content moving efficiently to meet established posting cadences
• Proactively identify potential roadblocks, dependencies, and risks and work with the team to resolve them
