About this role

The Project Manager Administrator is responsible for management of the non-corporate project managers and for creation, maintenance, implementation, and driving compliance of the various Project Manager (PM) standard operating procedures (SOPs). This role is primarily remote; however, travel to warehouse facilities, corporate locations, or temporary workplaces may be required for meetings, operational support, or special projects. A critical function of this role is ensuring the team is scheduling and completing trackers within the required times outlined in the SOP. Another critical role is ensuring that the management of warehouse schedules are in line with standard protocols. Other key responsibilities include hiring, training, talent development, process design and implementation, workload allocation as well as overall support for the non-corporate PM team members.

Responsibilities

  • Assist project managers in developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 and other construction management software.
  • Support contract administration by preparing, reviewing, and tracking contractual documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Coordinate project documentation, including drawings, RFIs (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders using Bluebeam and other digital tools.
  • Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure adherence to deadlines through effective time management practices.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to promote smooth project execution.
  • Assist in construction estimating processes by gathering data and supporting cost analysis activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, budgets, and contractual obligations for reporting purposes.
