Position Overview
Rugs USA is seeking a highly organized, results-driven
**Project Management Office (PMO) Manager / Strategic Project Manager**
to join our Pricing & Assortment Planning team. Reporting to the VP of Pricing, Assortment & Merchandise, this role will lead enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence, business growth, and cross-functional alignment.
In this position, you will serve as the central coordinator and facilitator for major business projects, including enterprise technology implementations, a company-wide product milestone calendar, process transformation initiatives, and other strategic programs. You will partner closely with executive leadership, technology, merchandising, sourcing, operations, marketing, finance, and other business teams to keep critical work moving forward, visible, and aligned to company priorities.
